COVID-19 Home Fitness Plans
In light of the COVID-19 guidelines, I'm temporarily offering a new service: customized workout programs you can do yourself from home. Once we get started together, here's what I'll need:
~ A short video of you walking toward the camera, and then walking away.
~ Another short video of you walking across the screen, and then back again.
~ A completed questionnaire that I'll send to you about goals, health conditions, metabolism type, personal preferences, time restrictions, workout equipment (if you don't have any on hand, we can definitely improvise!), etc.
~ Availability for me to communicate with you throughout that week while I design your program.
I'm currently accepting a maximum of ten clients per week, starting on Fridays. That's because I want to avoid including anything counterproductive that will set you back. In order for me to choose the right program design for you, I will be carefully analyzing the information you give me and tapping into years of experience training hundreds of clients.

There is no extra charge for additional questions after our initial week of program design, nutritional information, or behavioral modification. Once we've worked out the payment method and initial paperwork (please let me know if you'd like me to provide copies), send me the intake information outlined above and we'll get started!
