Individual Personal Training
As an in-home personal trainer, I offer a flexible approach in terms of my personal training style. Again, although barre fitness is one of my specialties, I am very experienced in a variety of exercise styles and if it's not something you're interested in, that's fine. Whatever exercise style we choose, I believe that an encouraging approach is the most effective, and that an instruction style should be tailored to the client's learning style, not the other way around.
I tend to focus on quality technique, safe weight loss, and injury prevention when using any form of exercise, and I'm big on accountability. Since I am a mobile trainer, what I'll need from you is a clear, distraction-free environment and for you to dedicate a consistent amount of time during your week to your health.
Each session is an hour, and the first one is free! After the first session, during which I conduct a brief assessment and go through a sample workout with you, my rates are $120.00 an hour for weekly sessions and $90.00 an hour for two or more sessions per week. I can accept either cash or check, and at this time, I train female clients only.
Also, before we begin, we'll go over any injuries or health conditions you might have, and I might ask you for a doctor's clearance if I feel it's in the best interest of your safety.
